We started the Halloween festivities off with
Grandma Middlemiss' Annual Halloween Bash!
We based our costumes off Kai's animal, the Rhino. I decided for each of our kiddos first Halloween they will be their chosen animal, thus Kai was a Rhino - and we in turn are safari animals.

Yes, my dad was a big baby. I went into his room to get changed into our costumes and found a package of Depends. I was so embarrassed for him I hid them before Brady came in - my parents are way too young for that already, right!? To my relief (hahaha) they were just for his costume.

Random, but Brady and I went out on a real date...dinner AND a football game. First date (at least of that length) since Kai Bear was born. So Fun!!!

The actual day of Halloween was so warm I couldn't put Kai in his costume until evening...so he wore just his head and feet all day - and was so happy to do it. He didn't even try to take it off.
Too much fun.
